Refund & Retainer Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Advisory Retainers
Strategic advisory and executive consulting engagements are billed in advance on retainer or milestone structures reflecting reserved principal calendar time and intellectual asset creation. Once advisory work or discovery commences, retainer fees are non-refundable.
2. Pre-Discovery Cancellations
If an engagement agreement is canceled in writing prior to any diagnostic work, briefing review, or initial strategy sessions, any unused funds will be refunded minus an administrative onboarding fee.
