1. Nature of Advisory Services
GK VENTURES provides strategic commercial advisory, growth consulting, and customer acquisition architecture. All services are consultative in nature and designed to support client leadership in executing growth initiatives.
2. Client Ownership of Digital Assets
Clients retain 100% ownership of their ad accounts, customer databases, domain names, and commercial funnels. GK VENTURES builds within client-owned environments.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All client proprietary commercial data, performance metrics, and strategic plans are held in strict commercial confidence and will never be shared without express authorization.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted under the commercial business laws governing cross-border advisory engagements across the United States, Canada, and Australia.
